Our local market continues to push forward with the median single family home price increasing on average around 25% over the last year. Values are beginning to reach a healthy plateau. For buyers who have been sitting on the sidelines over the last year anticipating, this is positive.
Compared to last year, we are down 10% for single family home new listings. With less active listings and high numbers of hopeful buyers, we are still seeing bidding wars in this competitive seller’s market.
Our team is continuously investing time and resources into finding our clients homes. Most of these homes are not actively listed on the market, but are found through strategic searches in areas our clients want to call home.
